Landlord group wants agents’ views on private rental sector

Todays other news

The Residential Landlords’ Association is calling on letting agents in the organisation to contribute to their latest research.

“As part of our long term research strategy we are conducting … surveys with landlords, agents and members to understand how recent changes (including tax changes) are impacting on their letting business” says a statement from the association.

The 55-question survey is conducted online – you can access it here – and is part of a quarterly snapshot of the market produced by the organisation.

Closing date for entries is 5pm on April 12 – and entrants’ names go into a prize draw.
