A new lettings and property management company firm has launched in Hertfordshire after a management buy out. 

Insider Media reports that the MBO from Norgans Lettings has created new company D+J Lettings and Property Management in Hitchin, headed by Dharmesh and Jyoti Patadia.

The Patadias are reported to have extensive experience in lettings having managed local and overseas clients for many years under the Norgans brand. 

“We are passionate about great customer service and the transparency of our operations. The new company will provide an added dimension to the lettings business. We are also planning to create a new service to mentor new and potential landlords in setting up their own buy to let portfolios” Dharmesh Patadia is quoted as saying.

“Above all, we have a good team of staff who will remain with us at D + J Lettings who are committed and knowledgeable in their roles. They will continue to work as a team to maintain the excellent relationships we have with our landlords and tenants.”
