A lettings and sales agency in the West Midlands has merged with its franchise outlet.

Lawsons was founded by Sally Lawson in 1990, since which time it has sold some 450 properties and let over 6,000 homes. Lawson then went on to create a national lettings franchise, Concentric, in 2010.

The two businesses have now come together under the Concentric brand and will operate from a Wolverhampton office; Lawson will continue to lead the group and employees have been offered the opportunity to transfer to the Concentric branch.

“We are all very excited about the merger and particularly at a time when we are having to rise to the challenge of competition from online agents moving into the market. By having the resources and expertise in-house, we are able to provide a wider range of additional services to look after the needs of our customer base” says Lawson.

Concentric Sales & Lettings operates in Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Plymouth, Bolton, Liverpool, Newcastle and North Tyneside.
