Leaders has returned to ther acquisition trail with its purchase of a local agency in Nottingham.

Leaders has snapped up Bulmer Estates, a family-run business owned by Andrew and Rebecca Bulmer and based in the West Bridgford area of the city.

It is the latest stage in Leaders’ expansion strategy, which saw it and sister company Romans acquire more than 100 businesses in the 10 years to the end of 2016 and create a combined branch network of more than 150 offices.

Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at the Leaders Romans Group, says: “The Bulmer Estates team will join forces with our existing branch in Nottingham to offer a comprehensive range of services not only to landlords and tenants, but also to those looking to sell a property in the city.

“This acquisition represents continued growth for Leaders and is a sign of our confidence in the market. What’s more, we have a number of other acquisitions in the pipeline and we look forward to expanding our business further during the second half of 2017.”
