The UK-wide property management firm and private rental sector specialist has rebranded its lettings agency service as Touchstone Agent Solutions.

The firm says that having provided specialist support services to agents for the past 15 years, the rebrand “provides a new, fresh identity, while continuing to offer agents ways to save money.”

Along with compliance, administration, client accounting and credit control, services for agents also include an experienced and professional white labelled provision; the firm operates a pay-as-you-go pricing system.

“The private rental sector is growing at an incredible pace and we want to support letting agents through these changing times. It was time for a new fresh look for our service and to remind agents of the variety of solutions we offer to support their business” according to company spokesman Matthew Duckett.
