High-end agency lures Countrywide manager to head lettings office

Carter Jonas has appointed Charlotte Rudkin-Wilson - a former business development manager at Countrywide brand Faron Sutaria - as its new head of lettings at the firm’s Holland Park and Notting Hill office in prime central London.

Rudkin-Wilson was previously based at Faron Sutaria’s office serving Islington and The City; she began her career in residential lettings in 2008 and has worked across several other areas of London including Chelsea, South Kensington, Earls Court and Old Street.

“I am looking forward to using my broad experience of the London lettings market to help to drive up activity at Carter Jonas’ Holland Park and Notting Hill office. It is an area of London that I am passionate about and I am thrilled to be joining a firm that has not only a great local but also national reputation” she says.

Lisa Simon, head of residential lettings for Carter Jonas across the UK, adds: “We are very pleased to have Charlotte joining our London lettings team; she has a wealth of experience of the London market and we look forward to the expertise that she will bring.”

Earlier this week Estate Agent Today reported that Katy Harwood - who until just before Christmas was a senior regional manager with Countrywide’s residential development division based in the West Midlands - was soon to be announced as associate director of the 17-branch independent lettings and sales agency, butters john bee.

    Another one gone...

The countrywide ship is sinking fast. I wonder when captain Platt and Tyrer will be getting in their lifeboats....
