Qube Global Software and PropTech start-up Engage have combined forces to deliver self-service portals to residents within the growing Build to Rent sector.
The portal acts as a hub for Build To Rent operators and tenants in managing applications, payments and referencing and property maintenance, as well as engaging directly with customers and delivering incentives such as targeted offers from local businesses.
Qube says this initiative is part of a wider strategy that will see it expanding through what it calls “proactive partnerships that enhance its offering to customers and grow the company’s presence in the UK and globally.”
“In this digital age people expect to be able to communicate with their landlord, access their documents and order services online. This is no longer a bonus, it’s an essential service for any Build to Rent operator” explains John Cuppello, chief executive of Qube.

If Qube were my software supplier I dont know how I'd feel about this......isnt this akin to rolling out a 'online agent'? Or am I missing something?
