London lettings agency Portico is working with a trade body to organise a seminar on what it admits is the “challenging” buy to let sector in the capital.
Independent property expert and landlord Richard Blanco will chair the event, organised by the agency and the National Landlords’ Association.
Speakers include Carla Sateriale of UK Finance, summarising the latest Prudential Regulation Authority changes for portfolio landlords and why buy to let lenders have devised new criteria.
Simon Allen of Searchlight Finance and Mark Lawrenson of Portico will also contribute and there will be a Q&A session allowing comments from the floor.
Tickets are £10 to £25 and are available via the Portico website.
