The managing director of LSL’s Corporate Client Department has been appointed as National Lettings and Franchise Director for Your Move and Reeds Rains.
Martyn Alderton will be responsible for the future strategic direction of lettings within both brands whilst retaining his existing role within franchising.
“LSL is committed to driving its lettings business forward across all brands and having known Martyn for many years I know that he will bring his significant experience to the role” says Oliver Blake, managing director of the two brands.
Alderton has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, 20 of which have been with LSL Property Services where he was instrumental in developing call centre operations and creating the Corporate Client Department where he recently launched PRSim, LSL’s specialist Build to Rent asset and property management division.
Lettings now represents 30 per cent of the LSL group’s agency income.
James McAuley - currently chairman of Residential Development and Investments within LSL - will also assume responsibility for the Corporate Client Department.
