An online agency aimed at the student market is launching a sister service for the mainstream rental sector.
ClickTenant - set up by the people behind the existing StudentTenant agency - is offering landlords the introductory opportunity to advertise and rent their properties for free, in return for social media publicity.
The new agency is offering landlords a free first-let and says full management services are also available.
Co-founder Simon Vaughan says: “We are advertising their properties for free, and in return, we ask that they advertise our business. This could be either through a post on social media, or by word of mouth. We know the importance of building a strong relationship from the very beginning.”
The company claims six per cent of all sales and lettings are currently handled by online agents.
