PropTech firm teclet has been announced as a main category partner for the 15th annual ESTAS Estate and Letting Agent Awards next year.

teclet, which launched in July this year is a web-based portal that enables tenants, landlords and agents to interact 24/7, on any device, creating the opportunity for administration uploads by tenants, guarantors or landlords to be undertaken out of office hours.

“We’re delighted to become an ESTAS Partner. Our platform is specifically designed to help letting agents deliver a seamless service to landlords and tenants so The ESTAS is the perfect partner for us” says the firm’s chief executive Alan Blockley.

The ESTAS take place on April 20 in the Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London with 1,000 agents in the audience.

“teclet offering is a potential game changer for letting agents and can really improve the customer experience which is what The ESTAS is all about” explains Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS Group.

The ESTAS, which has as its headline sponsor Zoopla Property Group, is a national award scheme which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, brokers and conveyancers in the residential property industry based on customer feedback.

It measures responses from over 40,000 clients who have experienced full service delivery from property professionals and have completed an ESTAS online survey so far this year.
