A Mayfair lettings agency has taken on two new rental properties with an unusual perk for the tenant - private club membership.
Pastor Real Estate's lettings team says the units offer exclusive private membership to Little House created by restauranteur and club proprietor, Nick Jones, of Soho House and Babington House fame.
Little House occupies the ground floor and residents of the two apartments on the first and fourth floor will have access to the private members' club, bar and restaurant for the duration of their tenancy.
The weekly rental for one apartment, with 2,231 square feet of lateral space, is £7,000 a week - and that includes room service from the club, as well as a concierge service.
The second flat has 1,637 square feet and is available for £4,500 per week.
The agency says luxury 'trimmings' seem to be taking over across Mayfair's market as PRE also has a two bedroom flat at Arlington House, a residential block on Arlington Street behind the Ritz.
The building has the Caprice Restaurant underneath, from which Susan Cohen, head of lettings at Pastor Real Estate says: "Food can be ordered and delivered to your flat – taking the idea of a quiet night in with a ready meal to a whole new level. Residents can enjoy dinner and a wonderful view from all the windows in the flat, overlooking the communal gardens, with feature fountain, straight onto Green Park."
