Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has been appointed joint agent and sole lettings manager for Britannia Point, a 182 unit Build To Rent development in Colliers Wood.

Originally known as the Brown and Root Tower and voted as London’s ugliest building in 2006, the 17 storey office block has now been redeveloped.

This is the latest addition to KFH’s Build To Rent portfolio and comes after the agency’s successful work with Grainger, Dorrington, Essential Living and Freshwater Group.

“Britannia Point offers impressive accommodation with great transport links. Through our network of more than 40 lettings offices across the capital, we are able to access high quality UK and international tenants and ensure that their tenancies are managed in a professional and efficient way” claims Carol Pawsey, KFH’s Group Lettings Director.
