The search arm of Knight Frank, The Buying Solution, has a new recruit to handle both rental and sales clients in prime areas of London.
Thea Wellband will be based at the firm's head office in Chelsea.
She started her career in residential property in 2012 in a London agency prior to joining The London Search Company's investment arm in 2013 where she handled briefs ranging from £500,000 to £40m.
