Loveitts Estate Agents says it is “extending its reach” with the opening of a new expanded office in Nuneaton.
The move to a larger office, which opened just before Christmas, will serve as Loveitts' north Warwickshire hub to further accommodate its customers within the region.
An increased demand for rentals led to the appointment of Linda Brannen earlier this year who had 16 years of lettings experience in the town.
Employing a team of seven, the move to new premises will also create new job opportunities, the 175-year-old firm says.
Loveitts has also recently refurbished its Leamington office.
