Tenant referencing company Rent4sure is celebrating its one millionth tenant move after expanding from five staff on start-up in 2009 to 100 people today.
Rent4sure now helps over 30,000 tenants a month with referencing and has a total of 6,000 letting agents on its books. It now operates from three offices at Dover, Reigate and Norwich, with plans to recruit another 30 staff during 2017.
The cloud-based platform on which it operates claims to be one of the most modern and user-friendly in the industry.
The company offers credit checking, Right To Rent checks, tenant and landlord insurance plus rent protection and legal expense insurance as well as tenant referencing.
“We now have very strong, established sales, customer service and IT departments to enable us to continue to grow, and we are recruiting across the board” says sales and marketing director Luke Burton.
