JLL has made three new director-level appointments to its prime London lettings team.
Andrew Keelan has joined as associate director and manages the Chelsea lettings office. He joins after seven years at boutique Belgravia-based estate agency Henry & James.
Kate Flynn will join in September as a director in JLL’s Knightsbridge office. She will be responsible for managing Knightsbridge lettings and will oversee JLL’s prime central London lettings activities which include offices in Kensington, Chelsea and Nine Elms. She spent 11 years at Bective Leslie Marsh where she set up a lettings department.
Phoebe Tye will be joining as an associate director in JLL’s Knightsbridge office after three and a half years as a corporate services consultant and lettings negotiator at Savills.
