Connells Group is expanding its head office functions with a further office in Bedfordshire to provide ”capacity for planned business growth over the longer term."
The new office in Dunstable will complement Connells Group’s existing corporate headquarters at Leighton Buzzard, also in Bedfordshire.
The new office will house Connells Group’s centralised sales centre and IT systems development team. Hatched, its online estate agency, will also move to the new premises to enable further expansion.
Some 200 staff will initially be relocating to the new premises, freeing up additional capacity within its Leighton Buzzard offices.
“Our business has grown significantly over the last few years driving expansion of our Leighton Buzzard operations and we have plans to continue this. This additional office space supports our continued growth, expands our catchment area for recruitment and also preserves our local presence in Bedfordshire” says David Livesey, chief executive.
