Knight Frank has recruited Neil Cunningham to become head of South West London and Home Counties lettings, overseeing the performance of offices across both regions.
Cunningham spent over 11 years with Foxtons where he worked in both sales and lettings. Having joined as a sales negotiator in South Kensington, he moved into the lettings team in the same office. He was promoted to head of the lettings team in Fulham and again to take up the post of lettings head in the Notting Hill office.
He also took on the role of Operations Director for the central north region, whereby he was instrumental in the recruitment and training of negotiators and managers.
“Following a very successful year for the lettings team at Knight Frank, the opportunity to lead these two regions and sustain the growth of the offices within them is one that I’m relishing” says Cunningham.
