Surrenden Invest, which specialises in selling off-market new-build properties to buy to let investors, has opened an office in the north of England.

Surrenden’s HQ in St James’s Square in central London now has a sister office in Liverpool’s financial district.

The new branch will be led by Liverpudlian Joanne McCormack who has operated in the industry for 12 years, including running an agency.

“We see huge growth potential for our investors to take advantage of the regeneration and gentrification underway across the city. We have seen how well major northern cities can perform with our extensive portfolio of investment opportunities in Manchester and now recognise that same potential in Liverpool” she says.

A spate of recent reports analysing the strongest buy to let returns have shown good performances by northern cities.
