Online agency easyProperty has announced the launch of two new lettings options.

One, called easyLet, is broadly a listings service: for £99 including VAT, landlords have an advert on Rightmove and can use easyProperty’s dashboard to manage enquiries, viewings and offers.

There is then a more expensive easyLetPlus, priced at £399 to £499 including VAT “dependent on postcode”: this offers a visit to the landlord from a local property professional to discuss the marketing of the unit.

It also includes professional advert creation, including floorplans, photos and property description, a To Let board, a tenancy agreement and Deposit Protection Scheme registration. It also includes two reference checks and Right To Rent checks on the tenants.

Landlords who want their property fully managed can upgrade to easyProperty’s ‘core brand’.

“This will give landlords more freedom to choose how much work they want to do to attract the right tenant and how much they want to leave to professionals. It is also going to hugely benefit our licensees as they generate new lettings business both for easyProperty and their core brand” according to a spokesman.
