Airbnb-style short let management service reveals regional expansion

Todays other news

Airsorted, one of a number of management services that have sprung up to cater for hosts using Airbnb and similar platforms, has announced an expansion into the south west.

It will now operate in Bristol and Bath in addition to London, Brighton and Edinburgh; outside of the UK it already operates in Paris and some Australian cities.

The Property Portal Watch website says this recent expansion comes thanks to the company’s latest successful funding round which attracted £5m to underwrite UK and international expansion.

It says Airsorted’s Bristol-based team in the new south west office will directly handle the management of properties with the owners to provide a 24-hour ‘hosting solution.’

Airsorted’s Bristol and Bath manager William Caiger says: “Home-sharing continues to grow in popularity and is one of the key contributors to the ever-growing sharing economy, because it is a great solution for both the host property and those looking for a night, a weekend, a few weeks or a few months property let.

“Launching an office in the south west with a Bristol team of property management experts is an exciting step. We are the first host management service to have a physical presence in the city meaning we can provide a very personalized and flexible service to professional landlords and those who want to flexibly share their home from time to time.”
