The three-branch London agency Kay & Co has been named the Smaller Managing Agent of the Year at the ARMA ACE Awards, which celebrate the work of the UK’s leading managing agents and suppliers.

The Smaller Managing Agent of the Year category is for managing agents with under 500 units to showcase their key values, their focus on clients’ needs, value for money, team excellence in leaseholder communications, efficiency when handling enquiries, and emphasis on staff training and development.

The judges commented: “Kay & Co provided great evidence of going ‘above and beyond’.  We liked that they had linked their offer back to asset management, and that their ‘good’ property management created ‘value’ for property owners.”

Kay & Co is a family-run business set up in the 1980s and with offices in Bayswater, Marylebone and Kings Cross.
