Online agency selling only buy to let properties reports strong business

Todays other news

An online agency selling only buy to let units to would-be investors says it’s experiencing “positive growth” despite the challenges of the rental sector.

Yieldit – set up earlier this year by Knight Knox, a property consultancy specialising in investment – specialises in the sale of tenanted buy to let properties from investor to investor and provides what Knight Knox calls “a full-circle service, from valuation to completion.”

Now the company has reported that it has sold over £13m worth of buy to let property and increased its portfolio of available properties by 22.4 per cent in the first six months of the year.

“Despite reports of a troubled property market we have experienced no slowdown in landlords looking to buy and sell property” says head of sales Ryan Hughes.

The service, previously known as Intus Residential, operates on a No Sale No fee basis, is based in Manchester and prior to its renaming had already sold over £26.3m worth of property across the UK to investors from almost 100 countries.
