Darlington lettings agency My Property Box has signed a new deal to let properties in the area on behalf of developer Bussey & Armstrong.

My Property Box is already in the third year of an existing deal with the housebuilder to let homes on the Westpark Garden Village, based around the first new park in Darlington for 100 years.

Ben Quaintrell, managing director of My Property Box, says: “We’ve enjoyed a successful and longstanding partnership with Bussey & Armstrong. We’re continually looking at ways to enhance our customer experience and have embraced new technologies that allow us to go the extra mile for landlords and their tenants.

“These services will continue to support our customers, while offering a simplified and easily accessible platform for our partners at Bussey & Armstrong throughout the entire rental process.

“Securing high profile contracts and deals on developments such as Westpark are helping to drive forward our growth, and I am looking forward to working with Bussey & Armstrong again in the future.”
