JLL has been appointed by Aberdeen Standard Investments to manage Aireside, a Build To Rent scheme of 107 apartments in Leeds.

The scheme is currently under construction and is due to complete in next year with prices starting from £550 per calendar month.

Sam Winnard, Director at JLL, comments: “We will be working with Aberdeen Standard Investments to ensure that the building is developed to its true potential and managed effectively to offer both a great service to tenants and build a true sense of community. This is one of several BTR developments we are now managing for Aberdeen Standard Investments.”

Corinne Stevens from Aberdeen Standard Investments, adds: “This is our second [Build To Rent] acquisition and reinforces our commitment to the private rented sector. We continue to seek similar funding opportunities where we can work in collaboration with market leading developers to provide much needed housing to the market.”
