Stirling Ackroyd, the six-branch estate and letting agency bought last summer by Nick Dunning Associates, has acquired the lettings book of MyLondonHome, a property agent with a footprint in central London.
This deal follows last month’s acquisition by Nick Dunning Associates of the Little Lettings Company, a Woking based portfolio.
Both acquisitions have added more than 1,000 fully managed units to the group.
“This investment in MyLondonHome provides both the sales and lettings businesses with additional capital to take market share, and continue the accelerated growth MyLondonHome has experienced over the last few years” says Dunning.
Steven Herd, chief executive of MyLondonHome - which has retained its sales and new homes business - says: “It’s very exciting to be working with Nick and his team at Stirling Ackroyd to grow all our businesses.
