Reeds Rains has snapped up one of north west England’s better known independent lettings agencies, Nurture.
Nurture is owned by James Coubrough and Nick Sykes who back in 2016 sold another of their independent lettings firms, Coubrough & Co, to LL Property Services, which is the parent firm of Reeds Rains.
“The fact that this is the second time that James and Nick have chosen a member of the LSL Group confirms their trust and belief in us and demonstrates our ability to offer flexible solutions to sellers whatever their situation may be” explains Ellie Hall, acquisitions and integration director for LSL.
Meanwhile Nick Sykes says: “The confidence we have in the LSL Group made our decision to approach them again an obvious one and, as before, the experience has been very positive. We leave satisfied and reassured that our team, and our landlords, will continue to benefit from their expertise and strength in the lettings market going forward.”
