Hybrid agency EweMove is claiming massive growth for its branch in south Manchester, which it says has seen its lettings and sales portfolio rise by 337 per cent in a year.
EweMove Cheadle Hulme, which opened in January 2017 and is run by Matt and Andrea Markham, has secured at least part of the surge by acquiring the lettings portfolio of the Martin & Co branch in nearby Wilmslow - EweMove and Martin & Coi are, of course, both brands within The Property Franchise Group.
“Thanks to our early success in growing the brand and our portfolio, we also identified an opportunity to expand our reach within surrounding Wilmslow and acquired a lettings portfolio which has boosted the business’s growth” says Matt Markham.
“What’s particularly surprising for us ‘newbies’ is how well received the quirky EweMove brand has been with customers and the local public, particularly as it does very much stand out in contrast to the more traditional agencies” he adds.
EweMove claims to be “the UK’s most trusted sales and letting agency based on independent reviews through Trustpilot.”

Using Trustpilot as proof you are trustworthy means nothing. Trustpilot lost all its credibility as soon as Purpkebricks started shouting about them!
