Online lettings agency LettingaProperty has moved into a new home and says it plans to double its staff by adding five new employees in the next year.
The Business Desk commerce website reports that the agency is also targeting annual growth of 35 per cent.
It says the Henley-in-Arden business - which apparently achieved 28 per cent growth last year - has received a grant from the Coventry and Warwickshire Growth Hub and support from Warwickshire County Council’s business advisory team.
The founder of the company, Jonathan Daines, is reported as saying: “The business has gone really well but to expand our operation we needed more space. Within a week we had agreed terms and the grant will help us equip the new premises to not only be more comfortable but also look so much more professional.”
