The Leaders Romans Group has snapped up yet another small independent agency - GPS Property Management based at Ravenshead in Nottinghamshire.
For the past eight years the agency had been owned and run by husband and wife team Garry and Sarah Peacock.
The acquisition will see the office rebranded to Leaders and providing lettings and sales services and GPS Property Management staff will continue to manage their strong portfolio of over 400 tenancies.
Matthew Light, group mergers and acquisitions director at Leaders Romans Group says: “Recent months have seen us continue to expand with numerous acquisitions, adding several new portfolios and branches in key markets across the UK. We are delighted to have acquired this well-respected business and we welcome its staff members to the LRG community.”
LRG says it’s now the property industry’s leading acquirer having completed on over 150 deals
The vast majority of employees acquired with businesses are retained and go on to enjoy long and successful careers with LRG, the company claims.
