An agency in the Experts In Property trade group has snapped up the lettings side of a rival independent company.
Collyers Properties, a family-owned estate and lettings agency in north Devon, has doubled its lettings book having purchased the rentals side of the Regency Estate Agency in Bideford.
Collyers launched in Barnstaple in 2011 and advertises on Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
The acquisition means it has over 300 properties on its lettings and property management books and it launching a new office in Bideford.
Experts in Property is a network of some 80 estate and letting agency offices throughout the south west, with an office on Regent Street in London.
