Members of the Guild of Property Professionals will be given access to a series of training videos put together by former ARLA Propertymark president Sally Lawson.
The videos, which will be shared via the Guild members' hub, will see Lawson deliver practical training on a range of topics, including motivating the team and improving market share.
The first session is titled 'Business Owners’ and the second in the series is called 'Negotiators and Listers'.
