LSL Property Services has acquired LetCo Homes, a lettings and property management specialist based at Whiteley in Hampshire.

LetCo, which operated chiefly in Hampshire and Sussex, was founded in 2006 and went on to grow under director Robert Leatherland. In 2016 LetCo itself increased its footprint by acquiring Portsmouth-based Top-Let.

“All existing LetCo customers have been informed of the change of ownership but, as the business will continue to operate with its existing team ‘on hand’ – and from its current premises in Whiteley – it is expected that it will be very much business as usual for existing LetCo landlords and tenants” explains   Ellie Hall, acquisitions and integration director for LSL Acquisitions.
“Following this most recent announcement we are continuing to explore other acquisition opportunities with our primary aim being to ensure that agents can realise their future ambitions and that their customers and staff remain a priority as part of the acquisition.   We look forward to reporting further success stories in the months to come” she adds.
