Agents who want to go the extra mile for their landlord clients may want to point them to assistance for the upcoming self-assessment tax return deadline.
HMRC is running a series of webinars aimed at helping different groups from amongst the 5.5m individuals expected to complete a self-assessment form in the next few weeks.
One is just for landlords and considers in detail the completing of the property section of the online tax return.
