PropTech company teclet has announced it will this year once again be a main category partner at The ESTAS estate and letting agency awards.

Entries for the 2019 ESTAS have just closed and the winners will be announced by TV property expert Phil Spencer at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House in London’s Park Lane on May 10.

teclet is a platform which enables letting agents to automate their ‘tenancy journey’ and can be integrated with providers including Docusign, Fixflo, Homelet, Tenant Shop, No Letting Go, Sage Pay, World Pay, First Data and Paid & Co.

Clients include Spicer Haart, which has 50 lettings agency offices across England and Wales.

John Evans, teclet director, says: “The impending tenant fee ban is clearly a major challenge for letting agents but our platform is designed to help agents make money, save costs and improve service. We see our partnership with the ESTAS as perfect because we share the same values of quality and service.”
