The best suppliers to the estate and letting agent sector for customer service have been announced by the ESTAS in the build up to the  2019 awards.

The ESTAS Supplier Awards are sponsored by Angels Media – publisher of Estate Agent Today, Letting Agent Today and other Today titles.

These awards recognise supplier firms who have delivered the best customer experience to their respective agency clients in 2018.

Angels Media chief executive Nat Daniels says: “This shortlist shows how important all suppliers are to helping agents deliver customer service.

“Agent feedback also provides suppliers with a valuable way of measuring up to their competitors as well as highlighting how they can improve their service in the future. I’m really looking forward to meeting the winners on stage this year.”

Now in their ninth year, the supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition providing a badge of excellence which the awards organisers say is “instantly recognisable by agents and highlights a firm’s commitment to quality service.”

Twenty supplier firms have made this year’s shortlist across various product sectors, determined solely on the feedback received from a record 7,000 agents who used each supplier’s services for a minimum of two months during 2018.

ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown says: “Just like great agents the best suppliers to the industry go out of their way to provide exceptional service to their agency clients and they should be recognised for that.

“We understand that different types of products and services require different service levels so we highlight ‘Best in Sector’ suppliers as well as the overall Supplier of the Year.”

The winners will be announced by TV property expert Phil Spencer at the 16th annual ESTAS Awards on May 10.

Spencer adds: “The industry’s leading suppliers are instrumental in helping agents provide excellent service, they are an extension of that experience so the service they deliver to agents is crucial, it’s therefore only right that the ESTAS puts the spotlight on their efforts.”

The awards will take place in London’s Grosvenor House Hotel where 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals will gather to see the winners announced: this year for the first time there will be an Official ESTAS After Party sponsored by Zoopla.

ESTAS 2019 headline sponsor is Zoopla. Main category sponsors are Kefuffle, TecLet and Tenant Shop. Other partners include Agency Express, Feefo, The Guild, Payprop, SearchFlow, ValPal, Iam Sold and charity partner Agents Giving.
