Belvoir has snapped up another independent lettings agency in the south east. 

Grey & Co, located at Wembley Park in north London, has been acquired by Tom Wang, who only joined the Belvoir franchise empire last year and was the recent winner of Belvoir Newcomer 2019.

This is already his fourth acquisition and adds 269 let or managed properties to Wang’s books according to Belvoir chief executive Dorian Gonsalves.

“Tom and his wife Ran joined Belvoir in 2018 and very quickly went on to buy three businesses, which became Belvoir Queens Park, Belvoir London Westminster and Belvoir Wood Green. For a franchisee to complete on a fourth acquisition within their first year is an amazing achievement” says Gonsalves.
