Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer has launched a new podcast aimed at helping listeners through what he calls “the minefield” of the rental market.

The podcast, offered via his property advice website Move iQ, also aims to help prospective buyers navigate the sales sector.

All eight episodes have been released on iTunes with the first season co-hosted by prominent podcaster Chris Ducker.

“Many people struggle to find or struggle to commit to a property because they haven’t worked out the difference between what they want and what they actually need” says Spencer.

“With the Move iQ Podcast, I wanted to share some of the knowledge and know-how I’ve developed over the quarter of a century I’ve spent in this industry with those who would truly value it the most — buyers and renters.
