HomeLet, the tenant referencing and specialist letting insurance company, has been announced as an ESTAS partner for the Estate & Letting Agent Awards this Friday.

The ESTAS is a customer feedback platform and national award scheme which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, brokers and conveyancers in the residential property industry.

The feedback takes the form of over 45,000 clients – from the lettings and sales sectors – who have experienced full service delivery from property professionals and have completed an ESTAS online survey.

“We’re delighted to count ourselves as an ESTAS Partner during what is one of the most significant years of change for the lettings industry. We want to do more for our agents to ensure they thrive during this period of transformation which we call the Evolution of Lettings – and we’ve developed a new product range which incorporates a better service with better solutions” explains Vicky Quinn-Campbell, HomeLet’s head of sales.

Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS Group, adds: “Our partners help our agents deliver the great customer service they have been shortlisted for, so they are an integral part of the customer journey.”

The ESTAS Estate & Letting Agent Awards event on May 10 takes place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane where 1,000 agents will see host Phil Spencer reveal the winners.
