An online lettings agency that has been operating for 12 years has now opened a High Street office.
Nantwich-based LetLord, founded in 2007 by a group of landlords who felt they could improve on the traditional lettings agency experience for customers, has now opened an office in Hartford.
Manager Wesley Heraty has told local media: “All of us are landlords and we started the business after we were all unhappy with the service that our agents were providing and we knew we could do better, especially when it comes to customer service.”
The new physical office soft-launched a week ago and the company says it’s been well received by customers and neighbouring businesses.
“Basically we can do as little or as much as our clients want for a fixed price which is not on offer anywhere else” explains Heraty to the Northwick Guardian.
LetLord services range from £25, which gives advertising for one week on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation; a notice on the agency website says: “When purchasing this package it is obligatory to use our client referencing service which is free to the landlord as it is paid by the tenant.”
A £75 package says: “Advertise your property in minutes on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Sunday Telegraph, Mail Online and many more…”
A £399 Let Only package says: “Simply upload your property and conduct the viewings, we will provide a detailed inventory, schedule of condition, tenancy agreements so you can sit back, relax and wait for the cash to land in your bank account.”
Also for £399, but with a £60 monthly fee in addition, there is the firm’s Fully Managed service which says it is at a fixed cost “forever”.
