A new PropTech tool already used by three leading agencies claims to identify and speed up contact between pre-qualified tenants and agents.

The tool, a free-to-download app called Inadash, operates in London and allows prospective renters the opportunity to search, view and commit to a listed property.

Agents must register an available property via the app and say when they are planning or open to visiting it next. Inadash will then advertise it as an ‘Open House’ to renters on the app, giving them the opportunity to instantly book a viewing directly with the agent.

When an agent uses the app’s ‘Go Live’ feature, a notification is sent to all users who have indicted they like the features of that property.

However, before tenants can book a viewing they have to go through a series of qualifying questions.

Inadash has already partnered with Hamptons International, Century 21 and Remax.
