The Guild of Property Professionals has announced a link with insurance product and moving services operation The Lettings Hub.

Lettings Hub offers a range of services including tenant referencing, deposit replacement, property damage protection, utility and media management, landlord and tenant insurances, and rent protection.

“Our strategic partnership with The Lettings Hub will [allow] our members … to develop a ‘market leading’ lettings proposition. Our robust strategy as a network is to give our members a competitive advantage in their locations. This will certainly do this” says Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie.

“With the tenant fee ban that came into place earlier this month, it is imperative for lettings agents to find services and products that help them win more business whilst creating more opportunities for them” he adds.
