A property education business says it’s targeting a major expansion with the launch of online additions to its nationwide courses in property investment strategies.
Doncaster-based Touchstone Education, which runs weekend seminars and courses for property investors, is aiming to double its £3.5m turnover within the next 12 months with a revenue target of £10m by 2021.
The company has recently launched Touchstone Online – a learning tool that includes a series of video tutorials and webinars as well as access to a database of knowledge and ongoing one-to-one support from experts.
It has also published a so-called Brexit Property Investment Manual, offering investors guidance on what actions they can take in the event of Britain leaving the EU with or without a deal, or in the event of a General Election or a second referendum.
The company is seeking to recruit an additional eight members of staff to supplement its 32-strong workforce, split between Helensburgh and its Doncaster training centre; there are also plans for the opening of a London office.
Touchstone Online provides subscribers with a series of broadcasts on how to balance property buying and management with a full-time job, as well as strategies to build wealth and generate passive income.
Subscribers can upgrade to access premium content including specialist courses in serviced accommodation, property leverage, no-money-down and expert positioning.
