With less than four weeks to go to the start date of the Welsh Tenant Fees ban, the Association of Residential Lettings Agents’ roadshows on the subject begin tomorrow.

The first takes place on August 7 in Cardiff, with another on Thursday – August 8 – at St. Asaph in Denbighshire.

A statement from ARLA says: “The events will go through the intricacies of the ban, providing key insights on how businesses can thrive in a post tenant fees world, and we urge all agents to attend as we rapidly head towards September.”

Each event lasts from 9am to 12.45pm, and you can see details here.
