Lettings software platform teclet has announced a strategic partnership with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.

It means MAB’s intermediary products and services will be available via the teclet platform. 

“We’ve been working behind the scenes with teclet for some time and are delighted to now be able to officially launch our strategic API partnership with them. Our shared value of providing excellence for consumers and agents is enhanced by combining our services” says Emma Hollingworth, MABs new strategic partnership director.

The partnership will enable landlords and tenants, via agents across the UK using teclet, to obtain specialist advice and access to unique mortgage products plus tenant rental protection, life cover, critical illness cover, accident, sickness and redundancy cover as well as a range of general insurance products such as buildings and contents insurance.

For the first time, tenants will be able to enquire and eventually process an application for tenant mortgage products via a specialist lettings consumer-facing platform.
