An independent previously known as Adams Estate Agents has rebranded as Hunters as the franchise giant’s expansion programme continues.
The office is in Cheltenham; Hunters already has a number of offices throughout the nearby Gloucestershire and Bristol areas.
“We’re delighted to be joining an organisation of this stature and build upon the excellent reputation we have established in the local area. Our unrivalled local knowledge and overall service offering will be bolstered by belonging to a nationwide network, bringing significant benefits to both customers and staff in the core areas of technology, marketing and training” explains Mark Millward, previously of Adams and now franchise owner of Hunters Cheltenham.
“We’re excited to see the strong brand reflected in our new-look Cheltenham office and our boards have been replaced throughout the area. Our strong team remains in place and we’re all very enthusiastic about the future opportunities” he continues.
Last week Hunters announced that eight branches had converted to the group over the first half of 2019, taking the national network to 200. The average network income per branch was £425,000. Hunters’ acquisition fund also enabled its franchisees to acquire 15 lettings books since its launch, contributing to a 12 per cent increase in network lettings income for the first six months of 2019.
Hunters chief executive Glynis Frew says of the Cheltenham initiative: “The brand continues to go from strength to strength against the backdrop of a challenging marketplace, with a combination of fantastic customer service, local expertise and an extensive technological offering ensuring we continue to offer a market-leading service.”
