ESTAS, the national customer service award scheme which recognises estate and letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage advisors, has now fully launched its own review platform.
The invite-only platform enables firms to send out a service review request via email or text, asking clients to rate the customer service they received during the home moving process.
The ratings and feedback are sent back to each firm enabling them to track and benchmark their service performance.
The platform includes a widget which allows agents to display their ESTAS service rating and reviews on their website.
Via their dashboard, firms can also create social media campaigns highlighting the excellent service they deliver.
A 12 month subscription to the platform costs £450 a year and includes automatic entry to the prestigious and widely-respected ESTAS Awards.
The ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown says: “This is a natural extension of what we offer at ESTAS. Agents have always loved our simple feedback mechanism which powers the awards each year. Now they can continue to use the platform 12 months of the year to generate valuable reviews.
“Our platform is the only one exclusively for property professionals which I think is really important, most agents do a fantastic job for their clients and its high time we promoted that fact more to the general public.
“ESTAS provides the ideal platform to demonstrate commitment to excellent service, it’s also a great way to motivate and focus staff on service levels in what is going to be a tough market place for a while yet.”
Suppliers to the sector can also use the platform and invite their agency clients to rate the service they deliver.
The 17th annual ESTAS Awards, which has Zoopla as its headline sponsor, will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London on May 15 2020
As always the winners will be revealed by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
