A buy to let investment service says its podcasts are now downloaded over 200,000 times a month and it has an online community of 34,000 members.
Property Hub - a consultancy which also sells portfolio building, lettings management and tax services aimed at investors - has also relocated to Manchester city centre in a move that will allow it to double its workforce over the next year.
The platform has also become the only UK business podcast to achieve 1,000 reviews on Apple Podcasts.
“We wanted to completely demystify property investment at a time when companies were charging thousands to attend training courses. We gave all our content away for free and since then we’ve grown from just me in a bedroom, to having offices in Manchester and London with over 50 members of staff” explains Rob Bence, who founded the company with colleague Rob Dix.
“We love sharing our knowledge and we genuinely believe education shouldn’t come at a cost. Whatever else we achieve in business, educating people about the possibilities in property investment will always will be our number one goal” says Dix.
