Belvoir has snapped up another independent lettings agency in the south east.
Grey & Co, located at Wembley Park in north London, has been acquired by Tom Wang, who only joined the Belvoir franchise empire last year and was the recent winner of Belvoir Newcomer 2019.
This is already his fourth acquisition and adds 269 let or managed properties to Wang’s books according to Belvoir chief executive Dorian Gonsalves.
“Tom and his wife Ran joined Belvoir in 2018 and very quickly went on to buy three businesses, which became Belvoir Queens Park, Belvoir London Westminster and Belvoir Wood Green. For a franchisee to complete on a fourth acquisition within their first year is an amazing achievement” says Gonsalves.
“Acquisitions continue to be a major focus and strategy for business development at Belvoir, and we work hard to support our franchisees in their ambitions. We have no doubt that this latest acquisition, which has added a further 269 let and managed properties to his portfolio, will greatly facilitate Tom’s intention to develop his businesses to their full potential” he adds.
